  • What is Lockerz? Lockerz is an invitation-only worldwide community where members can find entertainment, shopping and a full social network all on one website. Members are rewarded for almost everything they do on the site—whether it’s buying a new brand, watching a video, playing a game, answering a daily question or even just logging in. At launch, Lockerz will have more than 15 ways for members to earn PTZ.
  • What types of products can be purchased at Lockerz? We’ve partnered with thousands of the best brands and stores. Starting in early 2010, we’ll offer you the latest and greatest in every category — electronics, designer gear, stylish accessories, sports equipment, and more. Members will soon be able to purchase digital assets such as music, videos, art, and decals.
  • What can you do with PTZ on Lockerz? PTZ can be used only on www.lockerz.com right now for free prizes in PTZ Place™, for entering amazing sweepstakes as many times as you want in the same contest, and for charity donations. After launch, PTZ may be used for discounts on items for sale, free shipping, VIP experiences across the globe as well as free prizes and charity donations in PTZ Place.
  • What does “More Soon” mean? We are working to get you more products in PTZ Place because the overwhelming early response to Lockerz blew right through our inventory. We will re–stock PTZ Place on a periodic basis.
  • When is the next “restock” happening? Due to huge traffic issues, we are no longer pre–announcing re–stock dates. Stay tuned to the hallway for news about the redemption.
  • Does Lockerz ship internationally? Yes. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for any incoming taxes or duties into your country if your country does not deem a free prize as a gift. We are working to find distribution partners to help us reduce any taxes, duties, or other governmental fees you may owe for incoming shipments
  • When will I get my shipment (i.e., Redeemed PTZ Place prize, Purchased Order)? From the time we confirm member eligibility or other qualification, product availability, and other information regarding such goods, please allow two weeks for delivery in the U.S., 14–21 days outside of the U.S.
  • How many accounts can I have? Members are entitled to one account per person. Each eligible person within a household can have their own account.
  • What are the Dailies bonus questions? Our members have told us that they love our Dailies. We love when you speak your mind, and when we have the chance to hear from you every day. As a thank you, we're giving all Lockerz members the chance to earn more PTZ by answering more questions. Here's how it works: answer the Dailies question and get your PTZ. Then we'll give you the option to answer two bonus questions, one at a time. For each bonus question you answer, you'll get 2 PTZ (4 PTZ for Z-Listers). That means you can earn more every day just from answering a few simple questions.

    Remember, you can't answer the second question until after you answer the first one, and you have to answer the bonus questions on the day they are first posted. The bonus questions are completely optional, so remember it's your choice whether you answer. We hope you do, and as always, we look forward to hearing what you have to say!
  • How will Lockerz make money? Starting in early 2010, you will be able to purchase products at Lockerz. But don’t worry; PTZ Place will still be around, with even more prizes and experiences. Members will be able to earn PTZ when they buy, watch, play, share, invite friends, or simply show up on Lockerz. PTZ will be redeemable for both products and experiences.
  • When will Lockerz launch? Lockerz is launching in stages. PTZ Place, Lockerz’ Prize Redemption Center, is now live. Other components will be launched soon. The complete site will be launched in early 2010.
  • What kind of dog is Odyss? Thanks for asking! He’s a Norwich terrier.

  • Shipping Our products ship as soon as possible after we get them in our warehouse. We provide you shipping time estimates based on agreements we have with our vendor partners and on levels of inventory in our warehouse. In cases where the shipping time is estimated to be longer than 7 days, it may be because we do not have that item in stock at the time you place your order.

    Once your order is at the warehouse and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via e–mail and we will finalize payment arrangements for your order. Our orders are usually shipped via UPS; however, we may use other methods when we choose.

    Initially, we will ship to all complete addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, Gaum, and Puerto Rico); however, we cannot ship to post office boxes at this time.

    From time–to–time we may upgrade your order’s shipping method at no charge to you.
  • Shipping Tiers At Lockerz, you can use either cash or PTZ® to pay for shipping. As shown below, the shipping costs are based on the original dollar value of what you order (not a value reduced by using PTZ). Please note that oversized items will require special shipping fees. We will make you aware on the item detail page if these special conditions and fees apply.

  • Returns We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If not, we want to make it simple for you to return it.

    You can return apparel and accessories to our warehouse up to 21 days from the date of shipment. You can return electronics to our warehouse up to 14 days from the date of shipment. For the return to be accepted, we must receive your returned items in our warehouse before those cutoff dates. If you have questions or concerns about an item that is eligible for return, please e–mail Customer Support at: support@lockerz.com.

    All returns received on or before the cutoff date will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item at our warehouse. We then will send an e–mail to your account to let you know we have processed your return.

    Any PTZ that you may have used toward your purchase will be refunded at the time we process your return. We also will cancel any PTZ that are pending for purchasing this item when your return is processed. However, the timing will be different for any other payments because other parties are involved. In those situations, credits for returned items may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
  • How to Return an Item Returning an item is easy. Be sure that you have the packing slip and return label that came with your order. Simply select the item and reason code on the packing slip, and ship it to us.

    You may use the shipping carrier of your choice to send your return back to our warehouse. However, we do request that you use the packing slip and return label that came with your order.

    We will refund the cost of shipping (either cash or PTZ) for items that are defective or were not on your original order. Please contact support@lockerz.com for help with this.

  • Acceptable Returned Items Only apparel and accessory items received in our warehouse within 21 days of their original shipment to you that are new, unworn, and contain all original packaging will be accepted and processed for refunds. All tags also must be attached.

    Only electronics received in our warehouse within 14 days of their original shipment to you that are unopened, new, unused, and contain all original packaging will be accepted and processed for refunds.

    No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse. We will also not accept:
    • Non–defective, opened computer software, movies, music or video games
    • Gift Cards
    • Pre–paid cards (e.g., music, photo, video or phone cards)
    • Digital content (e.g., music downloads)
    • Consumable or personal items such as food, drink, personal care products or batteries
    • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
    • Etched or otherwise personalized items
    • Any item that specified on the site as non–returnable
    If you’ve ordered more than one of the same item and do not indicate which one you’d like us to accept for return, we will refund the more expensive item.
  • Exchanges Due to the limited number of specialty items we have in our sales, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • Wrong, Damage or Defective Items If you believe a product was shipped in error from Lockerz, was damaged in transit, or is defective, please contact Customer Support at support@lockerz.com so that we can resolve the problem for you.
  • Bundle Purchases You cannot return an individual item that was part of a bundled package, for example one t–shirt out of a bundle of three. The entire bundle must be returned.
  • Late Returns We cannot accept returned merchandise beyond the 14 or 21–day returns window. Unfortunately, items received after these periods will not be refunded, and your package will be returned to you at your expense. In addition, we will treat the merchandise as purchased, meaning no refund of any PTZ used in purchasing the item but also no cancellation of any pending PTZ being earned through the purchase. If we receive the same late return package a second time, there still will be no refund, but this time we will keep the merchandise.
  • Cancellations and Changes Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You will be charged once the order ships from our warehouse. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you via e–mail. In such cases, you will not be charged for any payment. Any PTZ that you used on that item will be refunded in full, and any pending PTZ for that item will be cancelled.
  • PTZ® All products purchased on Lockerz allow you the opportunity to earn PTZ, not just use them. When you place your order, you will see the PTZ earned in a “Pending” status in red next to your available PTZ balance on the bottom right of the page. These PTZ will move from a pending status (red) to being deposited and available PTZ thirty(30) days after the merchandise is shipped to you from our warehouse. These pending PTZ may not be redeemed or used in any way until they have been deposited into your account.

    If you redeem any PTZ to achieve a discount in SHOP, you will earn PTZ based only on the dollar amount actually spent, not the PTZ and not the original purchase price. The larger the discount you receive on an item, the fewer PTZ you will earn. When you place an order, we will reduce your account immediately by the number of PTZ used. If we cannot fill your order, we, of course, will credit your account in full for the number of PTZ you chose to use in placing the order.
  • Terms of Use Lockerz is bringing you the SHOP experience with the ability to use and earn PTZ and many other services and features as one of the advantages of being a Lockerz member. As a result, all the conditions of membership apply, including the Terms of Use and the associated PTZ Rules. We urge you to review these Terms and, without intending to limit or modify any of them, remind you that you are responsible for any violations involving your account, the wrongful earning or acquisition of PTZ, or other improper activities related to the website, and that Lockerz reserves the right to determine appropriate remedies for violations of the Terms, up to and including terminating your membership.
